The lenses and everything can pop off if sat on or closed in a door and snap right back together... Just ask my husband he has done both. They also do not ever fall apart on there own or while you are wearing them. After years of using them the lenses aren't even scratched. He get tons of compliments on them and they look really nice on. I really need to get myself a pair of these because I am sensitive to sunlight and these do a great job of blocking it and making everything much clearer.
