Whole package includes a case, a pair of gray lenses, a pair of interchangeable brown lenses, a stripe, a cloth bag.
Also there is a life time warranty only cost $30, no matter how did you damage you sunglasses. Just send all pieces back to Native Eyewear and they will ship you a new pair. Check that out on their website.
