I lost my first pair after 5 years of continuous use, and I purchased this model (different from the first) as a replacement pair. As before, this is a great product from a company that has a reputation for excellent customer service. They shipped me a free replacement pair of temple grips for my prior pair of glasses after 4 years of use - no questions asked. They've earned my support.
