(More customer reviews)These sunglasses are a pretty good deal, much cheaper than comparable Oakleys, much better quality and range of transition than Tifosi and other lower end pieces. I use these for running and biking with conditions changing from pre-dawn to full sun to overcast to dusk. The transition range is big enough to feel comfortable in all of these conditions (in fact it's almost twice the range of some other brands). I think the other reason these glasses are so good is that the shade is brown, not black like most others. In fact many of the stores around me do not have any sport sunglasses with brown lenses. I don't know if black sells better because you look like some action hero, but I found that brown is far more superior when it comes to contrast and depth perception. To me this is much more important when biking in the woods for example.
The only reason for 4 stars is the design of the nose bridge. For some reason, the design with cut-out in the center becomes a bit uncomfortable after a few hours. I wish Bolle made just a pair of regular, solid nose pieces instead.
