I had the impression, maybe not well supported, that this would be a smaller helmet and not so space-ballish. While it is a bit smaller than my other helmet, it is still bigger than I was hoping.

You have to protect your skull while you progress, but no one wants to wear some goofy-ass helmet that makes you look like an extra from some B-movie about alien invaders.
