I use them for running (almost every day), tennis, dog-walking, hiking, etc. I love to be outdoors and these are great because the adjust to the current light conditions. So, when I pop into a deli to buy a beverage, I don't have to remove them, the lenses adjust and turn clear. To summarize, they are:
-comfortable (no hurting around the ears!)
-lightweight
-sturdy (no wobbliness)
-good-looking (way better looking than you might expect)
-very fairly priced
-they do not fall off my head
This is a quality product. Highy recommended.
