I have owned 4 pairs, 2 pairs of black and 2 pairs of brown.
For the price they are a great deal for stylish yet functional glasses.
I very much like the large lenses that give better peripheral and frontal vision.
There's no magnification or distortion from the lenses.
They don't fog easily, great for keeping things out of your eyes.
The frames are well built and styled for larger heads, the arms wrap and fit the skull well and don't fall off easily, the hinges are super durable.
The lenses don't fall out easily unless dropped hard.
The black lenses are a lot darker than the brown.
And the brown are a little bit nicer for afternoon driving than the black.
But if you need to block some sun(sunrise or sunset, ocean glare) use the black.
I had 2 pairs for 2 years and put them through a bit of rugged usage, skateboarding, fishing, driving, running, wood working, etc.
Eventually I scratched the lenses up too much and the frames exterior gloss coat started de-laminating on the black pair from sweat.
But this is after ALOT of daily wear! I tried to buy another 2 pairs from Chick's in Vista but they were bought out and discontinued carrying this awesome item!
So I bought another 2 pairs on Amazon and I'm stoked.
The nice part to is that they have continued to make these glasses so I don't have to go out and figure out what fits again.
Hopefully S4 continues to keep this line active, they're some of the best glasses I've ever had!!
I only wish they'd make these with clear lenses as safety glasses too!!
