(More customer reviews)These are a very neat concept by Optic Nerve. I am most impressed that they are made from 100% recycled materials.
I also like the concept of ultra-light transition sports sunglasses that do not fog up. My applications are skiing, biking & motorcycling, racquetball, and a few other outdoor sports.
I will add that I wouldn't wear them as everyday sunglasses - they wrap around the face, and seem a bit silly unless you're using them for a sports application.
I will also add that these are NOT impact resistant sports frames. Only the lenses are impact resistant - the frames are not intended for use in racquetball or when you need face protection. I only wear them if I've forgotten my proper goggles.
The lenses don't get quite as dark as advertised, probably 70% compared to my el cheapo sunglasses. My old, heavy transition lenses (made from real glass) got darker, but then again, the Optic Nerves sunglasses only weight .75 ounces. Yes, that's not a typo - less than 1 ounce. They are the lightest sunglasses I've ever worn... but that means no metal parts except for the screws, and except for the lenses probably not very durable.
The fit is also not fantastic. A little tight on my face (the wrap-around design makes them impossible to adjust), and the temples are not adjustable. Additionally, the silicone nose pads are adjustable up, but not down. The frames sit too high on my face, and there's no way to adjust them down unless I wear them on the tip of my nose.
Bottom line: Cool concept; Price point to too high; I like the transition but I wish they got a little darker; Anti-fog feature is really cool; Recycled materials are very impressive; Frame is light weight but doesn't seem durable enough; and they don't adjust well. 3.5 stars from me.

UPDATE 7/09: These sunglasses are still in great condition. I use them daily for long bike rides. Unlike my other sunglasses, the lens and frame are still intact (no cracking or discoloration). Another update 1/10: After daily wear while bicycle riding, the eye piece fell off, then the lens cracked. The crack was down the center above the nose piece. The sunglasses came with an extra nose piece, so I can use that. However, according to the manufacturer, the cracked lens is not covered by warranty. The lens did not fall apart, but is probably more vulnerable to future damage.

(More customer reviews)I bought these because there are no frame rims, which obstruct my field of view when riding in the "aero position" (leaning forward with elbows in the aero bars). Other brands of glasses, no matter how cool, have framed rims that block my field of view when I ride in the aero position. I would have to either really crane my head upward to get a field of view (pain in neck), or else accept the top frame rim of the glasses obstructing my view of the road ahead -- kind of dangerous.
These glasses are a delight and even more so due to their innovation in interchangeable / removable lenses. Unlike other styles that require popping or unlocking of sorts, these lenses detach the lens from the frame at the hinge itself - making the swap from the sunny day lens to the cloudy day lens or the clear lens easier and quicker than anything I've used yet! The strap is a pretty cool feature if you are skiing or maybe motorcycle riding but not practical for everyday use.
